Is the landed cost an exact customs figure?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Duty and tax are estimates built from published rate tables and live shipping quotes — not an official tariff classification, and not a customs ruling. We publish the rate date, the exchange rate used and a confidence level on every quote, and we back it with an accuracy promise: if the duty you are charged comes in more than 25% above our estimate, we credit what you paid for that estimate.
Which countries and provinces are covered?
The United States, and Canada with province-level sales tax (GST/HST/PST/QST). Canadian figures are quoted in Canadian dollars using a live USD→CAD rate.
Where does the data come from?
Live product, shipping, stock and supplier data, queried by our engine. We do not scrape pages and we do not resell other people's cached data.
Does Orbitsave place orders or hold my money?
No. Orbitsave prepares an order specification — the exact variant, quantity, shipping method and delivered cost — and you place the order yourself. We do not place orders and we do not hold funds for goods.
How is this different from DSers, AutoDS or Sell The Trend?
Those tools show you an item price and a shipping fee. Orbitsave computes the per-product import duty and tax for the US and Canada and puts it in the same number, so the figure you see is what actually lands.
