Orbitsave is operated by Axiopistis Holdings LC (Georgia, United States). This page explains what we collect and why. We keep it short on purpose.
What we collect
- Your email address — when you sign up for early access, buy something, or subscribe. Used to deliver what you bought and to send service messages about your account.
- Purchase records — what you bought, when, the amount, and the report or plan it relates to. We do not store card numbers; payments are handled by Stripe.
- Usage — how many lookups or API calls you have used this month, so quotas work.
- IP address — briefly, to rate-limit abuse. Not stored long-term.
- Cookies — see below. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Cookies we set
os_vid— a random ID so the free monthly lookups count against a visitor, not a person. No personal data in it.os_tool— proves an active Pro subscription for the tool.os_session— keeps you signed in to your account.
Who we share with
- Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
- Our email provider — to deliver reports, keys and receipts.
- Our hosting provider — the server that runs the service.
- Marketplace data providers — we send product queries, never your personal data.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Purchase and account records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet accounting and tax obligations. Usage counters are monthly and expire naturally. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from non-essential email (we will still send transactional mail about purchases).

Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. API keys are stored only as one-way hashes — we cannot recover your key, only replace it. We hold no card data at all.
Children
The service is for business use and is not intended for anyone under 16.
