Terms of Service

Orbitsave is a service operated by Axiopistis Holdings LC, a limited company registered in the State of Georgia, United States ("we", "us"). By using orbitsave.com or our API, you agree to these terms.

1. What Orbitsave is

Orbitsave provides product data, sourcing information and landed-cost estimates for goods offered on marketplace platforms, together with related software tools and an API.

Orbitsave is not a seller, reseller, importer, customs broker, freight forwarder or marketplace. We do not sell goods, take title to goods, place orders on anyone's behalf, arrange carriage, or clear goods through customs. Every purchasing decision and every order you place is yours alone.

2. Estimates, not advice

Duty, tariff and tax figures are estimates generated from our own rate tables and live shipping quotes. They are not a customs ruling, a legal opinion, financial advice, or a guarantee of the amount any authority will charge. Rate tables change frequently; each estimate carries a "rates as of" date.

Prices, stock and shipping shown are drawn from third-party commerce platforms and may change or be withdrawn without notice. Always confirm at the point of purchase.

3. Your account and acceptable use

• You are responsible for activity under your account, your API keys and your subscription.
• Do not attempt to circumvent usage limits, resell API access, scrape our service, or use it to build a competing dataset.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights.
• We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Usage quotas (for example, free lookups, or API calls per month) reset each calendar month and do not roll over.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects your renewal.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party data sources (including marketplace APIs) may be temporarily unavailable, and estimates may be withheld rather than shown as a wrong number.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, customs penalties, duty assessments, or indirect or consequential losses.

8. Intellectual property

The service, our software, our rate tables and our compiled data are ours. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business while your subscription is active. Names and marks of third parties (including marketplace platforms) belong to their owners and are used descriptively.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change and material changes will be notified. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
