Estimates, not rulings. Duty and tax figures are estimates from our own rate table. Each quote carries a "rates as of" date and a confidence score. Rates change often, and in 2025–26 they have changed fast.
What we check
- API — the engine's health endpoint.
- Duty data — the age of our published rate table. Anything over 90 days is flagged amber; over 180 days, red.
- Search — a live product query against the marketplace data source.
Third-party marketplace APIs are occasionally unavailable. When that happens we withhold a number rather than show a wrong one.
